Villas by the Sea Resort and Conference Center makes business meetings and conferences a pleasure. In a relaxed, secluded setting, our Conference Center totals 9,000 square feet and is designed for optimum flexibility and efficiency for all meetings and conferences held on Jekyll Island.

Board Meetings & Break-Out Sessions

Our Grand Oaks Conference Center is divisible into five meeting rooms. The lofty 14-foot ceilings are ideal for accommodating exhibits and displays. At your request, a state-of-the-art audio/video system is available which will provide crisp sound that is evenly distributed throughout the facility. Lighting is infinitely adjustable from bright classroom illumination to intimate mood levels. To maximize ease of video presentation, a 10-foot electric projection screen is provided. Projectors and other specialty equipment are also available by request.

A 900 sq. ft. meeting room is just a short walk from the Conference Center perfect for a break-out session or board meeting.

Because of the versatility of the Conference Center, it is easy to have break-out sessions after your main meeting while using the pre-function room as a break and/or cocktail area.

Package pricing is inclusive of all service charges and applicable taxes/fees. Package requires a minimum of 30 people & may not be available during peak season or special event weekends/Holidays.

*Meeting space is based on the number of attendees and does not include banquet space. Breakfast and Lunch are served in meeting room.
